Steve Gilman, Co-founder & CEO of OneRange, began his career in professional sports and the US military. After graduating from Yale, he was drafted by the Detroit Tigers where he experienced the power of elite upskilling programs, and post-baseball, joined the Defense Intelligence Agency, advancing quickly while conducting counterproliferation missions. After earning an MBA from Columbia, Steve discovered that corporate skill development lagged behind his previous experiences and now aims to bring top methodologies from sports and military to businesses. He also lectures at Yale and Columbia and advises early-stage tech companies.
